Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric B/M O-57407-4H 0-57407-4H parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Jersey-Machine products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saginomiya-Seisakusho parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Saftronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Jersey-Machine such as the SA320527B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SNEB100Q3 manufactured by Saginomiya-Seisakusho and we are pleased to be able to service most Saginomiya-Seisakusho systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CIMRVGU43P7 by Manufacturer Saftronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sankyo Brand 45D081057L3A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sanmei such as TR350GH equipment made by Sanmei have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FS150SIOEDD00 by St-Embedded and TR350GH spares by Sanmei are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC745P51 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saftronics.
